Law, they are of opinion that, in view of his having been back at duty a month and having during that period performed his duty efficiently and in view of his promise that there shall be no future lapse of a similar nature, he should be retained in the Service with a reprimand and a warning to the effect that, if on any further occasion he should be guilty of unfitness for duty on account of alcoholism, he

will be forthwith dismissed the Service.
